Smoke House Cleaner
SMOKEDET, a heavy-duty smoke house cleaner formulated to remove baked on grease and carbon deposits. The alkali based detergent is applied using a foam applicator or through a C.I.P. smoke house system to clean smoke houses and cookers in the Food and Beverage Industry. SMOKEDET is safe for use on food contact surfaces and holds the SANS 1828 mark.
